Dr. Dunbar's motto is "Healthy Bites and Beautiful Smiles." Since starting his Folsom practice in 1991, he has had the pleasure of fulfilling his goal many times over. Dr. Dunbar also believes having fun is essential and incorporates his fun-loving spirit into his practice. Dr. Dunbar received his undergraduate degree from Montana State University, where he also played football for the Fighting Bobcats. Dr. Dunbar received his dental degree from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry, and then completed his specialty training in Orthodontics at Eastman Dental Center, Rochester, New York. Prior to moving to Folsom, he practiced in New Zealand and Los Angeles. Dr. Dunbar is a member of the ADA, CDA, American Association of Orthodontists, California Association of Orthodontists and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Dunbar's commitment to his community is just as strong as his commitment to his profession. He is actively involved as a member of the Folsom Planning Commission and a current Board Director for the Folsom Chamber of Commerce. He is also active as a coach for youth sports and a generous supporter of many activities. Dr. Dunbar and his wife, Shelly, have two children, Kelsey and Tucker. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and boating. |  |
